So, Just How is the Boerne TX High End Real Estate Market Doing

When ever I am asked the question how a particular market is doing, I answer the same way.  Why?  Well, I can tell you that the Real Estate Market in and around San Antonio TXis doing fairly well.  There hasn’t been a total market shift, but the overall Real Estate outlook is positive.  However, that being said, this does not mean that every home hitting the market today is selling right away.  Those that are selling right away are homes that are priced right and marketed right.  It doesn’t matter what the market is, high end or low end, homes sell when those fundamentals are in place.

The Current Boerne TX High End Real Estate Market

When ever we take a look at how a market is doing, we always want to look at what is currently going on.  The Boerne TX High End Real Estate Market currently has 134 active Boerne TX homes for sale that are priced between $600,000 and upwards to $5,700,000.  The average price of these Boerne TX Luxury Homes for sale is $1,084,535 with an average days on market sitting at 207.  There are 4 pending home sales and over 28 Boerne TX homeshave either been cancelled on the market or have expired in the last 3 months.

Sold Boerne TX Luxury Homes for Sale

Looking at the Boerne TX Luxury Real Estate market at any given time will generally show us a low rate of homes that sold during any given one month time period.  Some Boerne TX high end homes can stay on the market a very long time, while others seemingly get snapped up quickly.  Believe it or not, this can be true for any market, but it is especially apparent for the high end market.  It takes special marketing to the right buyers for these special homes to get noticed.
