Garden Ridge TX Market October 2012

How did the Garden Ridge TX Real Estate Market fair this past October? Well, given that Garden Ridge is considered more of an upper level market and a smaller city in the Greater San Antonio TX area, homes for sale in Garden Ridge TX may take longer to sell. That being said, it looks like for the month of October, Garden Ridge didn’t fair too badly.

Current Garden Ridge Market

Currently there are 40 available Garden Ridge TX homes for sale with a median price of $475,000 and current days on market area t 111. Homes currently for sale in Garden Ridge range from as low as $239 to as high as $865,000 and from as small as 1900 square feet to as large as 6100 square feet.
